Keran's major is psychology, although he was in the AP system during high school, he has sufficient expertise to teach IB Psychology courses due to the similarities in research focus with the IB curriculum. Advisor Keran graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology at the University of San Francisco. When applying to universities, he also received acceptance letters from prestigious schools such as Penn State University, Purdue University, the University of Washington, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Keran specializes in psychology, and although he followed the AP system in high school, his research aligns closely with the IB curriculum, making him highly qualified to teach IB Psychology. In his classes, Keran likes to create PPT presentations that combine textbook material with his professional knowledge, systematically presenting key points to help students learn and absorb the content effectively.
